The DNA Concentrator Kit is a complete set of essential components which enables the experimenter to efficiently concentrate DNA from various DNA samples with low concentration of DNA including those from microdissection samples and paraffin-embedded tissues. The entire procedure can be completed within 2 minutes and is suitable for concentrating DNA from various DNA samples, especially from those with low concentration of DNA such as microdissection samples, paraffin-embedded tissues, restriction enzyme digestions, PCR reactions, and home-made minipreps.

Biochain Institute Inc cfPure LG Cell Free DNA Extraction Kit (100 ml)
BioChain's cfPure Cell Free DNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid & efficient purification of circulating cell free DNA (cfDNA). The system utilizes silica-coated paramagnetic particles to purify cell free DNA from less than 1 mL to greater than 10 mL of serum or plasma. The buffers were developed to ensure efficient recovery of 50 bp - 500 bp DNA fragments in order to maximize recovery of cell free DNA. The recovered DNA is suitable for a wide range of down-stream applications, such as bisulfite sequencing, NGS, & qPCR. The cfPure protocol is rapid & easy, allowing users to process several samples in an hour or less & making it ideal for biomarker screening. BioChain has developed its own silica-coated magnetic bead technology, which is designed to efficiently recover low molecular weight cell free DNA during isolation. This kit is automation friendly and there are several versions for the kit format. LG is for "dirty" plasma in order to eliminate genomic DNA contamination.
